Issue met when installing 2.6.12 Windows

Tried several times but still stopped by the same error below:

Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code ]]) in *******htdocs\orangehrm2\symfony\plugins\orangehrmCorePlugin\lib\dao\ConfigDao.php on line 74

tried to remove the last parameter $e from exception throw function in the mentioned line and got Internal server error where no other messages are shown.

Anybody can advise on this situation? Really appreciate.
