Login Page Downloaded Instead of Displayed

This problem happens when I'm trying out OrangeHRM 2.6.12.1 today.
Everything went fine when I'm setting OrangeHRM up. The database connectivity is okay, and the installation completed without any problem.
However, the problem arise after the registration page (in setup), and I clicked at No, Thanks button. Usually it will redirect us to the login page, right?
Somehow, while the page loading, I received a download notification with a "login" filename.
It also happened the same when I changed my browser or direct access the index page.

For your information, the checklist on pre-installation page said I have my .htaccess working.

This is my test server information:

Windows 7 x64
Zend Server CE 5.6.0 with (PHP 5.3.9-ZS5.6.0)
MySQL 5.1

I also have PHP_MySQL, PHP_MySQLi, and PDO_MySQL enabled.

Yes, it will redirect us to the login page.

By this step, you application set up is complete. Try accessing the installed system with the browser and you will see the login screen. Example:
http://[host]/orangehrm/index.php

You don't understand.. This is the example I've encountered now.



Based from this screenshot, whenever I click at OrangeHRM page, it will download the login page, which makes me not able to open the OrangeHRM at all.

Any idea how to solve it?
