Custom Fields in reports

Hello,

I added a custom pull down for different levels at a fire department.
This pull down is called RANK and it hold the different levels of
management here at the fire department. Some of the items
in the pull down are sergeant, captain, chief.. ect.

How can I make this pull down on a report that I create?

Custom fields are not shown on reports.
They have an add-on called jasper reports, try contacting them to get more info this.
