Assign Module to ESS Users

Hi Everyone-

I have orangehrm installed and it works fine for me.
Now i want to assign some modules to each user.

For ex: user1 will have access to leave module(leave menu)
user2 will have access to recruitment module(recruitment menu)

Is this possible? If so how to do this..

As far as i know this is not an option without directly editing the php.
Alot of people have asked for it and i even see that talk of a menu administration option was being added in 2009 with no avail.
