Unable to see login page after successful installation

Dear all,
i have install the system in my local pc its working fine but when i install it on live server after the successful installation login.php shows me the blank white page

when i saw the source code it shows the session already open

any idea about it

what version are you using, did you check if amp stack is running.
Are you on windows or linux?
