Back up is for the safety purpose. I like to backup my file weekly at minimum. It can secure and recover data and It purpose of security of data. We can store it in the device like pen-drive also.

I don't think OrangeHRM is tested on IIS or certified with IIS. I remember while back some one else also asked the same question.
It runs on Apache web server… I am not a technical person :-)
But I know it's LAMP stack

Back up isone of the best process for data recovery..Back up is one method of the Copy of your All datas.It will restore the original data so that if the data will Loss we can get it from the Back up Files.We can abundance it in the accessory like pen-drive also.So advancement is for the accretion and the safety.

Importance of backup systems for small and medium size businesses (SMBs) is in no way less, as compared to big companies. SMBs also depend heavily on the computers for the data management. There are several examples of SMBs that lost all their valuable data because of computer failure and never returned to the scene again.
