All:
After looking at many products, we have chosen Orange HRM as the replacement for the current application. In presenting the product to senior management, the HR manager (who is also the CFO) posed the following:
The employee makes a time off request and this is sent to their respective supervisor
Supervisor get the email request and takes the appropriate action (approve, decline, etc)
User gets decision email back
Is there a way for the HR Manager (the CFO in this case) to get an email notification of what actions that employees' supervisor took, even if the HR Manager is not listed in the employee's immediate chain of command?
I have tried setting up a test user account with direct and indirect supervisor's listed and I do not get any notification on what the supervisor's actions were.
Thank you for your help with this issue.
