Recruitment module/Applicants

How do you add applicants to the Recruitment module? And is there any documentation available on how to use the new module? Maybe I am missing something but I cannot figure out how to add applicants for my job vacancy.

Thank you for the guide. This works for new job postings and new applicants. Is there a way to import all my existing applicants for existing vacancies. I have a couple of hundred that I kept listed in a spreadsheet and I dont' want to have to fill out an application form for each one of them to get them into the system. Any suggestions? Will the import feature work with this module?

Hi,

I am not sure if anyone had experienced this problem before. I have updated the applicants details in the recruitment section and when log in as a ESS user I am able to view the details of all applicants. I dont want the ESS Users to have access to this information. Can you suggest any solution to fix it.
