Granular email configurations

It would be nice to see finer control of email. We have a receptionist who sometimes applies leave time to employees who call out sick, but she is not their supervisor. So when she applies the time, the supervisor gets a message saying that an employee applied for time out, when in fact it had been assigned by someone with admin rights. Maybe checkboxes for admin users that say "Email supervisor(s)" and "Email employee."
