Size of Username and email fields in User table

Hi,
It may be nice if the size of the username and email fields in hs_hr_users table be increased according to the RFC.( http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2821)
In our organization the email ids are used as the login ids(to make sure that they are globally unique). so it would be helpful if the size id increased.

Thank you for your suggestion libregeek. I also think that it would add value to the product.
