Feature Request: disable modules option

Hi dear developers and community.

FEATURE: Add an option to enable/disable unwanted or unused modules (e.g. Health Savings Plan).

For a quick and simple (and dirty?) solution this could for example just happen in the menu, while the module is actually still in the database. So there would be a Menu in the Admin-Module, some Variables in the config-DB and some DB-query in the index.php or so. (Just what seems most obvious to me)

WHY:
I think it would be a good and often used feature.
Because not everyone is using all the modules.
Providing unused, empty and useless menu's to the users is not a good thing.
If the company doesn't want to use e.g. "Health Savings Plan" but provides the menu to the employees this is confusing them.

I've found a possibility to fix the issue on my own with a little hack: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2876&p=4498&hilit=Disable+Module#p4498
But this is not satisfying at long terms, since it can cause trouble if everybody is changing the code locally.

Hi,

We are planning to implement this in the coming phases of OrangeHRM. Idea is to implement a configuration page to administrate these type of tasks.
