Hi Please use the latest OrangeHRM Opensource version. This allows you to translate the language pack in the system. Login as Admin, Go to Admin > Configuration > Language Packages. when you add a language package, select it as "German" then you can translate the required words. Once the translation...

In opensource version, its allows only one subunit / jobtitle assignment. This require customisations to the product.

Did you get the LDAP addon installed successfully or only requested the addon?
You need to have admin who is assigned with an employee.
You could followup with the OrangeHRM via the email that was sent you upon requesting the addon.

You need to host the instance in public domain. So that users can access via the internet.
The same as how you get access with ondemand trial instance.
You could create the on-demand instance and get benefited with 1-year free hosting. But you will be charged afterward.
