Having issues in installing Orange HRM

I am getting a error in the 3rd installation line i.e. (Fill default data in the DB) and the error is" Index for table 'db' is corrupt".
Please help me solve this issue.

What version of OrangeHRM you are using? I hope you are installing it as a fresh installation. Can you please share the error that is logged in log file... log file is located in the following path (orangehrm.log)
OrangeHRM directory / Symfony / log
