I Have installed WAMP Server 3.2.3 with OpenSSL/1.1.1g extensions.

I can access application from my PC but I cant access it from mobile app, I took the link as instructed in "Get help with configuring URL".

This form is only working in PC:

https://SERVER:PORT/orangehrm/symfony/web

Is this hosted in a server and accessible via internet? Can you access in mobile browser with the link?
