employees with multiple positions

Hello,
Is it possible to assign multiple professions and sub-units to an employee? For example an employee works 50% in one sector and another 50% in another sector, how can I manage it without having to enter it twice?

Hi

In opensource version, its allows only one subunit / jobtitle assignment. This require customisations to the product.
