I am facing whenever i save in system it is telling me "An internal error occurred. Please contact your system administrator."
I am using Version: Orangehrm OS 4.0 installed through cpanel.

Can you please share the log file? This is located in orangehrm/symfony/log/orangehrm.log

Have you done any customization to the OrangeHRM?
Which screen you are getting this issue? Is the same issue is appearing on other screens as well?
Please share your hosting environment details?

- Database and version (MySQL / MariaDB)
- Hosted Server

Facing same issue...

PHP Version 7.3.24
MySQL Version 5.7.32
Apache Version 2.4.46

Mysql Event Scheduler not enabled
And shared host no ssh permit.
