Hi. Anybody has an idea how to install php and application server and modify the openSource and run it?

You can install PHP along with a database using XAMPP (https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html) depend on your operating system.
Clone this (https://github.com/orangehrm/orangehrm) Git repository.
Follow https://github.com/orangehrm/orangehrm/wiki/Development guide and apply your changes
