Internal Error Occurred after installation V4.5

Hi,

I have installed Orange HRM version 4.5. The installation has been carried out correctly. In get the login screen. When I log in, I get 'Internal Error Occurred'
PHP version 7.2.33
Can somebody help me with this problem?

Same thing happened with me. Orangehrm 4.6.

Installed through cpanel.


**Shared Hosting. No SSH access. Mysql Event Scheduler not enabled.

My config:
Apache Version 2.4.46
PHP Version 7.3.24
MySQL Version 5.7.32

Can you try executing php symfony cc within <orangehrm-app>/symfony directory.

Thank you for your help. what should i say to my hosting provider?? Why actually happening here? could'nt communicate with database ?

Hi @muhtadi,
You are correct. Most probebly yes, it's connection issue with database. Sometime it's cache issue if you re-install multiple times.
